The Knowledge Edge Group Develops New Engineering Talent through the Professional Intern Program (PIP)

Now in its fourth year, PIP occurs through a unique partnership between the Knowledge Edge Group and China's leading colleges and universities. During the PIP training program, students earn academic credit (from their universities), and also learn important workplace skills not taught in academic settings. The PIP curriculum includes intensive study of Japanese language, culture and business practices.

Trilingualism is Emphasized in the Professional Intern Program

Successful PIP applicants are typically 4th year undergraduates at top Chinese universities who have a strong command of English. Admission is highly competitive. The Knowledge Edge Group seeks recruits who would, after rigorous training, succeed in a career placement within an international project development team.
